1. Read the Terms & Conditions of Use
   
   
2. Call Council's Customer Service Centre on 9562 1666 to book the hall for the date and time you require. Once confirmed, include the booking details on your application form. The PDF file includes a copy of the Terms & Conditions of use for your records.
   
   
3. To confirm Coronation Hall and Rockdale Town Hall bookings you will need to submit a completed application form, your bond (refundable - see fees and charges (PDF format)) and 50% of the hire fee to our Customer Service Centre. Full payment is required one month prior to the date of your function or event.
   
   
4. Post your signed application form and payment (cheque/money order only, do not send cash) to:

5. A permit will be issued granting Council approval for the use of the facilities.

Choose the facility most suitable for your purposes by browsing through the list of parks for hire and facilities in the City

1. Call Council's Customer Service Centre on 9562 1666 should you require further information. Include the booking details on your park application form or sports field application form.
Note: Hire fees are based on the type of event and the field required. The Customer Service Centre can confirm the required fees and charges (PDF format/486k).
