If you speak a language other than English and need help understanding a Council matter, letter, report, or other correspondence, please call Council on (02) 9562 1666 for assistance.
If you have very limited English, you can contact Telephone Interpreter Services on 131 450 and ask them to contact Council on your behalf. Their interpreter service will coordinate a three-way telephone conversation, where Council Customer Service Officers will be able to provide assistance through the interpreter.
You can also visit Council's Customer Service Centre. If you have very limited English, it would be helpful to bring a friend or family member along to act as an interpreter.
