Development Enquiry
Do you want to build, alter, demolish, change the use of a building or start a home based activity? Well you may need Council approval. The Development Enquiry system is a new internet based system, to advise you if an activity is permitted on your property, provide you with information on the necessary development controls and other requirements.
This tool was funded by the Australian Government's Regulation Reduction Incentive Fund (RRIF), designed to help ease the burden of red tape for small business.
