The centre accepts unlimited amounts of metal items, cardboard, paper and recyclable plastic, glass bottles and containers.

It also accepts unlimited quantities of car and truck batteries and whitegoods from each person. Prices are quoted for recycling paint.

Paint disposal is charged per litre container disposed. WSN recommends paints (and only water and/or oil based paints) be mixed into containers so that they are full as charges are per container and not on content amount.

Drop-off of sump oil can be done at the Lucas Heights centre - this is free and limited to 20l per customer per day.
