New Conditions for L and P Drivers and Riders

On 1 July 2007 new licence conditions for learner and provisional drivers and riders came into force. New demerit points, fines and licence suspensions apply. See link below for more information.

Also, if you are on your Ls or Ps the legal blood alcohol limit for your licence is zero.
