Tender Checklist

Check List

To assist Tenderers with their submission, the following Check List is to be utilised to ensure all required information has been addressed. This will assist Council with the evaluation analyses. Failure to provide the necessary information may jeopardise your submission.






Have you provided information relating to OH&S requirements, in particular, Safe Work Method Statements or Job Safety Analysis of identified work hazards?


Have you provided the additional requirements such as;

  • Appropriate Licenses & Certificates

  • The standards or codes to be complied with


Have you addressed all the selection criteria identified in Part B - Clause 19 - Evaluation of Tenders & Selection Criteria?


Reference Part B - Clause 20 Ethical Considerations and Clause 21 Freedom of Information. Please indicate that you understand Councils requirements regarding these.


Reference Part B - Clause 22 Conflict of Interest. Please indicate that no conflict of interest exists in the delivery of the required service.


Completed all necessary tender schedules included in Part B such as Business Details, Schedule of Rates, Specified Personnel, Emergency Contact, Schedule of any Non Compliance and Schedule of Experience and Referees.


Have you submitted details of environmental requirements as per the questionnaire? As a minimum, you must submit a statement detailing the processes you use to provide the required services and the identification of any potential environmental impacts explaining how you intend to avoid these. You must also detail emergency procedures in case of an environmental incident.


Have you provided required documentation on Insurance requirements ie. Current Certificates of Currency?

  • Public Liability Insurance?

  • Workers Compensation Insurance?

  • Comprehensive & CPI Insurance on plant/vehicles


Have you submitted details on any Quality Assurance Systems you may have undertaken or propose to undertake in the future?
